Maintenance Contracts

4Service offer four levels of contract depending on the Client’s needs and budget:

Level 1 Basic maintenance
Comprises attendance by a GEA Denco engineer to carry out routine maintenance on all items of specified plant at predetermined intervals. The agreed schedule would be determined by equipment criticality and use, budget constraints and site-specific factors as advised by the client. This option includes full 24-hour/365 day emergency support, with guaranteed response times.

With this option any materials, components and consumables required would be chargeable. In the case of equipment requiring repair or a service call outside scheduled visits, additional charges for labour and travel would apply.

Level 2 Labour inclusive
Provides Level 1 cover as above with the addition that all labour costs for repairs, service calls or remedial works are included.

Level 3 Consumable parts and labour
Includes Level 1 and Level 2 cover plus all consumable materials associated with maintenance, such as air filters and drive belts.

Level 4 Fully comprehensive
Includes all the above Levels plus cover for all major components.
